We reserve the right to approve, suspend, or terminate wholesale accounts at any time if guidelines are not followed.


Order Acceptance
All wholesale orders are subject to review and approval. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.

Order Modifications & Cancellations
Orders may be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placement. Requests made after this window may be subject to a restocking fee.

Wholesale pricing is provided upon account approval.
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change.
Payment is required at the time of order unless otherwise agreed upon.

Payment Issues
Any failed payments or chargebacks may result in order delays or account review. You are responsible for any fees Parker Green Jewelry incurs for insufficient funds on your part.


Product Availability
All products are subject to availability. In the event an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will notify you and provide options for adjustment.


Shipping & Handling
Shipping timelines will be communicated at the time of order and may vary based on availability and order size. Buyers are responsible for applicable shipping and handling fees unless otherwise stated.

Shipping Liability
Once an order has been shipped, responsibility is transferred to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages.

Delays Outside Our Control
We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside of our control, including but not limited to carrier delays, weather, or supply chain disruptions.


Returns, Damages & Claims
All claims for damaged or incorrect items must be submitted within 5 business days of delivery. Returns are only accepted for defective or damaged merchandise.


Taxes & Compliance
Retailers are required to provide a valid resale certificate prior to placing their first order. Each retailer is responsible for complying with all applicable resale and tax regulations.


Sales Channel Guidelines
Products may be sold through approved retail locations and the retailer’s own website. Third-party marketplaces are not permitted without prior approval.

Minimum Advertised Price (MAP)
Retail partners are expected to maintain pricing at or above the suggested retail price. Failure to do so may result in account review or suspension.

Intellectual Property
All product designs, names, branding, and photography remain the property of the brand. Approved retailers may use provided assets for marketing purposes only.
